My first love in fashion is jewelry. I can’t explain the delight when I find an amazing piece of jewelry. I favor jewelry over all other accessories… yes even over shoes! It completes an entire look while adding flavor and character to your style personality.

Medley of Pearls ... Always elegant and effortless

Fashion jewelry has become a must with our generation. It gives fashion enthusiasts of all classes a chance to explore and expand their personal collection. My obsession with jewelry has led me to an addictive state of mind. There is no such thing, as retail regret when I splurge on jewelry, never ever, not even a guilty conscious!

My latest obsession ...earrings. Prior to this past year I never wore earrings. I suppose the fashion cupid struck me because I fell madly in love with every pair I came across. Although when I say “every pair” I am referring to my personal taste. The best are clip-on style for comfort and ease, but a little pain for beauty never kills.

The only style of earrings I fancy at this moment are either bold or possess a touch of metal. They must attach to your ears without hanging. I absolutely despise any earring that hangs, even if it is only a centimeter. There is a fine line when you wear this style, because you are either going to look fabulously chic or miserably drab. If you are going to show off your earrings, keep the rest of your jewels simple, too much will only distract and spoil the look.

One will never regret investing in accessories, so go ahead and indulge yourself in jewels!

Full Time Fabulous

I recently entered a competition to win a job as a full time blogger for Sunglass Hut. I want to thank everyone who voted and helped spread the link to my video. I truly appreciate all of your support. I jumped from position 343 to 30 within a matter of 3 days! The voting will close on the 17^th of November.

Here is my original video for the Full Time Fabulous Competition. Island Blues by Koop is the original melody I chose for my video. Due to copyright issues I was unable to submit my video with the music. I prefer this version and wanted to share it with everyone. Music is an essential part of my life and I tend to obsess over particular songs. While I was creating and editing this video, Island Blues was on replay and wove in perfectly with the images!
