a "valentina" color story

The colors you choose in design ...

reflect your signature style.

   The infinite choices in colors sometimes leave you in limbo trying to figure out the perfect palette.  To confuse a Libra even more... then comes the kabajillion colors offered by Pantone.  So when in doubt, be true to your style and go with your instinct, because subconsciously your mind responds positively toward particular color schemes.

   I came to this conclusion while tempting to design outside of the "Valentina" color palette.  The designs were simply missing the high level of taste that comes naturally when working with my favorite color schemes.  The entire process felt forced and empty which lead to frustration and an unfinished collection.

Lesson learned... try new concepts but remain confident in your personal style.

This is not a limitation in colors, merely an alternative in the use of hues, tints, shades and tones.
